Dr Zoe Huish

After graduating from Birmingham Medical School, Zoe began her anaesthetic training at Russells Hall Hospital and then rotated through the Birmingham School of Anaesthesia as a registrar. Zoë was appointed as a consultant at SWBH in 2007.

Her clinical interests include obstetric, paediatric, and ophthalmic anaesthesia. She has had a variety of roles including educational supervisor, rota lead, Clinical Director, and Guardian of Safe Working, so knows about the demands of training from many different angles! Zoe has returned to her educational roots becoming College Tutor, and then from August 2021 was the TPD for Core and ACCS trainees CT2-3 (anaesthetic stream)
